Ellis River Falls. Andover, Maine
Information

When we visited he falls they were heavily tainted with tanic acid evidently from vegetation matter from Meadow Brook marsh and Ellis Pond above. The falls themselves were excellant in flow and had fluid dynamic's with one branch jogging to the right another to the left meeting below beneath a canopy of trees. All in all , probably an excellant fishing location but not for swimming unless the discoloration decreases in the later summer.
