Francis T. Bator *** U.S. Navy *** WWII 1943-1945

 

Fran was a Navy Radioman 2nd Class in the South Pacific on board the U.S.S. Sequachie (AOG21). This ship and it's 65 man crew carried precious and explosive cargo of aircraft fuel between the Island's of Saipan and Iwo Jima. In his photo album are acquired photos taken during the invasion of Iwo Jima.
