Mark
was a Damage Control Specialist in the Navy. He served in Vietnam
at the Camp TienShaw/Ramp a Naval Depot at DaNang from June 1969
to June of 1970, plus served an extended tour on the Naval Barge
YRBM-16 on the Mekong River, 3 miles from the Cambodian border
until October 1970. The barge resupplied and repaired the "PBR's
and Swift Boats" that patrolled the Mekong River and Delta
near the Vietnamese city of Tan Chau.
