Mike Buchart ***Vietnam ***U.S. Marines

 

Mike served as a Corporal in Vietnam in the Queson Mountains west of DaNang, and atop Marble Mountain in the "Crows Nest" south of DaNang. From August 1970, he was stationed with the "India" Company, 3rd Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment which patrolled the Queson Mountains. In November 1970 he was transferred to the "106 Platoon" of the H&S Company, 2nd Battalion, 1rst Marine Regiment.
