The trailhead parking is on the east side of RT-113, . 4 mile below North Chatham and just above the AMC Cold River Camp. Across the street the Baldface/ Circle trail starts up a steep embankment. From here, hike . 9 mile to where the main trail forks, turn right off the main trail and look for paths over to Charles Brook within 100 yds, then down stream another 100 yds. The actual falls are small, but the associated pool is a majestic emerald green. The trail to the falls/pool is easy and well walked.
